Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult and unlike most professionals you probably will not meet us until after you hire us. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and different pricing.  One thing for certain is that a home inspection requires a lot of work.

Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's efforts.  If you honor us by permitting us to inspect your new home, I guarantee that we will give you our very best efforts through a thorough in-depth inspection and easy to-read inspections report. This is my promise to you.

Buyers Home Inspection

A buyers home inspection is an unbiased inspection of the potential property.  The report is in an easy to read PDF format. A copy of the report is then emailed to you and your Real Estate Agent within 24 hours of the home inspection.

Sellers Home Inspection

Why a sellers home inspection? This will give the seller time to repair any items that are noted on the inspection report. The seller will have the luxury of shopping around for the licensed, insured professional contractor or handyman, of their choice, eliminating some if not all of the bargaining power of a potential buyer for needed repairs or cash to the buyer to make repairs.

One or Two Year Builders Warranty

Most builders provide either a one or two year warranty for new construction. Generally the new owners will have a punch list of items for the builder to repair at the eleventh month mark.  Some of these defects will be obvious.  However some defects will not be obvious to the untrained eye. This is why you should have a professional home inspection.

Termite Inspection

If you need a termite inspection to be completed,  I can provide this service.  Termite inspections are done by PCS Termite and Pest Control Solutions.  The fee for this service is $50.00 if ordered at the same time as the Home Inspection.

Scorpion Inspection

Scorpions are here, they live in the desert and so do we.  I can provide you with a scorpion inspection done at the property in the early evening. This is a visual inspection of the interior as well as the exterior of the home and the grounds. The cost of this inspection is $100.00. At the completion of the inspection I will provide you with a written report along with any pictures that are taken.
