After the inspection is completed we will go over our findings, show you the pictures that have been taken and answer any questions you may have. We use a state of the art reporting system that is user friendly and also contains a summary at the beginning of the report on what's inside. Once the report is completed, I will email a copy of the inspection report to you and to your Real Estate Agent.  I will also be available to you, by phone, for any questions that might come up at a later date.

What does a Home Inspection Cost

There are many factors that will determine the cost of a home inspection.

Below are the things that we take into consideration:

  1. The age of the home we are inspecting. The older the home the bigger the liability.
  2. The square footage of the home.
  3. Is there an Evaporative cooler? This is an extra service because an Evaporative cooler inspection is not required by the Arizona Standards of Practice.
  4. Billing escrow?
  5. Paying by credit card? While we accept credit cards, PayPal and Square Up both charge a service fee, which is added to the cost of the inspection.
  6. Finally, are you a Veteran/Active Duty, Police Officer, or FireFighter? We discount our inspection services 10% for all veterans, police officers, and firefighters.  Proof of status is required.
