Exterior of home: Wall cladding, flashing and trim, decks, balconies, steps, railings, eaves, soffits, fascia and grading
Roofing: Roof covering, drainage system, flashing, skylights, chimney and roof penetrations
Plumbing: Water supply and distribution, piping, fixtures and faucets, leaks and water heater
Electrical: Service entrance, equipment and grounding, amperage and voltage rating of the service, main and distribution panels and branch circuits
Heating and Air Conditioning: Heating and cooling equipment, normal operation controls, safety controls, chimney, flues, vents and distribution system
Interior of home: Walls, ceilings and floors, steps, stairways and railings, counters, cabinets, doors, windows, appliances and bathrooms
Attic and insulation: Insulation, ventilation of the attic, structural components, kitchen, bathroom and laundry venting
This is a very brief description of some, but not all of the items inspected

After the inspection is completed I will go over my findings, show you the pictures that I have taken and answer any questions you may have. Once the report is completed. I will email a copy of the inspection report is to you and to your Real Estate agent. I will also be available to you, by phone, for any questions that might come up at a later date. I use a state of the art reporting system that is user friendly and contains a summary a the beginning of the report.
