Family First Home Inspections, Inc. BBB Business Review

There are many factors that will determine the cost of a home inspection.

Below are the things that I take into consideration:

  1. The age of the home. The older the home the bigger my liability.
  2. The square footage of the home.
  3. Is there an Evaporative cooler? This is an extra service because an evaporative cooler inspection is not required by the Arizona Standards of Practice.
  4. Billing escrow?
  5. Paying by credit card? PayPal and Square Up both charge a service fee, which is added to the cost of the inspection.
  6. Are you a Veteran? I discount my inspection service 10 percent for all veterans.  Proof of status is required.
